SGT TRX
One of the latest and most popular pieces of training equipment in the industry today, the TRX utilizes your own body weight to give you a killer workout. There is virtually no muscle that will go untouched when it comes to getting in shape with the TRX. Although most gyms and clubs are just discovering this equipment, at RB Fitness we have been using it for years so you know we have lots of tricks up our sleeve to give you the maximum benefits possible.
SGT Kettlebell Training
Kettlebells have been around for hundreds of years, having originated near Russia. Kettlebells are an awesome total body exercise device that will get you learner, stronger and more fit than you’ve ever been. When you take one of our SGT Kettlebell classes, your going to get results, period.
SGT Rowing Training
Most people don’t like to row. And that’s probably because it is tough and one of the greatest cardiovascular workouts you can do. So instead of just ignoring it, we decided to make a class out of it. Along with abdominal workouts and core exercises, this SGT focuses on improving endurance so that you can last longer doing anything. This is a great program for the Triathlete or runner who is in their off season. After finishing this program, your going to be a whole new person. Seriously, you will.
SGT MAX
While all of our fitness programs, from our personal training to our bootcamps, will challenge you…our MAX program is by far our toughest and most challenging SGT that we offer. Although the name is not politically correct to some, trust us when we tell you…when you see the results that you get after 8 weeks of this program, you won’t even care. MAX combines everything from cardio training, rowing, kettlebells, bodyweight training, sandbag training, rope training and core training…all at a high intensity. This program is only for those fit enough to keep up. If your looking for a challenge, this is the class for you.
